Uncle Lynn, you truly were a legend, a kind, patient and funny man who never missed a family gathering. You loved your football, a good pint of lager and most of all, your family.
I have such fond memories of Sunday dinners and coffee mornings at your house and I loved it when you used to do the football pools — scratching them off and winning a bit of money was the best fun!
You were the very definition of a family man, a devoted husband, a loving father and a proud grandpa. My mam adored you and always said you were the best brother-in-law anyone could ask for. You were a pretty good Uncle too… I definitely had no complaints!!
You are going to be missed but know that Aunty Maureen is being looked after and that Sharon, Nicholas and Christopher will continue to be the strong, independent and wonderful people you created and raised them to be!! They are true reflections of the incredible man you were.
I hope you’re now enjoying the party up there in Heaven reunited with our loved ones and raising a pint.
Until we meet again Uncle Lynn…

Lots of love
Victoria, Dick, Luke & Leo
